Before starting her own consulting business, Sue worked for 15 years for a national career transition company and several years in the role of Managing Partner. During her career she has worked with senior management in government, healthcare, the financial industry, not-for-profit and telecommunications. She has led major restructuring projects, strategic planning and team development initiatives throughout the Atlantic region. Karen Gordon - Partner

A strategic Human Resources Professional with extensive experience in the design and delivery of cost-effective HR systems and solutions with bottom line impact. She has specialist expertise in Total Rewards, Performance and HR Management consulting. Karen has spent several years providing consulting expertise to a variety of clients in both public and private sector as she managed her "sole proprietorship" consulting practice for 5 years. Prior to this she spent several years in a senior HR leadership role managing Human Resources for a global organization as their Director of Human Resources, and brings a wealth of "hands on" experience to her clients.

Susan Letson - Associate


Susan Letson has over 20 years' experience in the recruitment and selection of senior leaders in the public and private sectors throughout Atlantic Canada. As a senior member of two national consulting firms, she has led over 200 search assignments for positions such as University President, start up company CEO, Crown agency CEO, Health Care executive, and members of national Boards. In addition, she has been Chair of Symphony Nova Scotia and the YWCA, and Vice Chair of the United Way of Halifax Region. She is currently Chair of Debut Atlantic and a member of the Resource Recovery Fund Board.
